Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire revenir doucement dans une petite casserole les graines avec une C. soupe de soja et une de vinaigre + sel. Remuer souvent. Couper le feu lorsqu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a quasiment plus de liquide<br>Dans ce m\u00e9lange vous pouvez rajouter des oignons si vous en avez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langez le tout, rajouter des crudit\u00e9s et de la sauce vinaigrette (ou mayo maison), \u00e0 part ou en m\u00e9lange.
